Why Lime Tree Primary?
From Year 6 Parents - Summer 2023
How has your child developed as a learner whilst at Lime Tree?
She has become a really avid and varied reader since [teacher] encouraged her and selected texts he thought she’d enjoy...She reads for up to two hours every night now!
My child has gained independence and matured [and] really improved with all aspects of learning...
How has your child developed as an individual whilst at Lime Tree?
My child [is able] to take risks in learning tasks knowing that it's ok to make mistakes.
[My child] gets stuck into everything and has confidence and ambition for herself. I credit this to the Lime Tree’s child-centred approach and some great teachers along the way who have really taken the time to get to know her individually.
What do you value most about your child's time at Lime Tree?
The nurture and warmth of the school and staff. Academics are important but, much more important, is social and emotional development and Lime Tree gets that right. It feels a very inclusive environment.
I value teaching experiences with teachers that have gone the extra mile...
